MISS SAN ANTONIO TEXAS & MISS SAN ANTONIO TEXAS TEEN
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Miss San Antonio Texas delegates must be at least 18 and under 27 years of age on February 1, 2011.  This means you must be born between February 2, 1984 and February 1, 1993.

Miss San Antonio Texas Teen delegates must be at least 14 and under 19 years of age on February 1, 2011.  This means you must be born between February 2, 1992 and February 1, 1997.

All Delegates:

Must not be married, never have been married, and never have had a marriage annulled. Must never have given birth to a child, can not be pregnant, never have been pregnant or be a parent.

Must be of good health and moral character.

Must be a naturally born female and a citizen of the United States.

Must reside or attend school in the South Central Texas Area which consists of the following counties: Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Comal, Frio, Gillespie, Guadalupe, Gonzales, Kendall, Kerr, Lavaca, Medina and Wilson.  If you do not live in the afore mentioned counties you must have approval from Diverse Dreams, LLC to compete in the pageant.

Must agree, that if selected to represent San Antonio you will participate in the State pageant of Diverse Dreams, LLC choosing and will abide by the rules and regulations governing that pageant.

Must agree that if you win the San Antonio pageant you will not participate in any other pageants during the time you hold the San Antonio title unless authorized in writing by Diverse Dreams, LLC.

Must be willing to release, unconditionally and forever, any claim against Diverse Dreams, LLC, it’s parent and affiliated or related companies and their respective officers, directors, partners, employees, agents and assigns, which you may have by virtue of your participation in the San Antonio pageant, or by any use of your name, likeness, voice, and/or biography in connection with the pageant, including use in promotional and advertising material.

Must understand and agree that all issues as to eligibility shall be determined by Diverse Dreams, LLC and you must agree to abide by that determination both as to yourself and other applicants.
